Katie is the CEO and Founder of Startup Your HR. For over 10 years, Katie has been a noteworthy leader in the HR space. You may know her from her work as the Founding Liaison of the Nashville Hacking HR chapter, but Katie can also be credited with her contributions to Nashville Entrepreneur Week and Middle Tennessee Society for Human Resource Management.

She holds an MBA from Union University and has completed doctoral work in human resource management at Capella University. She currently lives in Nashville and when she's not keeping busy with her awesome clients, you can find her playing video games with her family of all boys.
